Avergage sold prices at the Las Olas Beach Club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida have remained steady at $400 per square foot for the last 6 months. Prices still remain at 2003 levels and are close to pre-construction prices at the Las Olas Beach Club. Please keep in mind that this average number excludes any of the higher floor C's, CR's, or D's that typically demand higer prices at the Las Olas Beach Club. I am speaking of the specific floor plans in the previous sentence and they can be found in the floor plan tab at the top of the home page of the website.
